I have always felt the pull of the outdoors and enjoy spending time around nature, gardens and landscapes and prefer not to be cooped up indoors! I'm a self-confessed weather geek, fuelled by a passion for outdoor pursuits such as surfing, hiking, camping and running. This means I usually know when the next downpour will be coming, which is handy being a gardener in North Devon. I've also spent many years working in Marketing, and particularly enjoy colour, space, and design which are all skills that transfer well to garden planning and the outdoor environment. We live in a Grade II listed thatched cottage so my style of gardening has naturally leaned towards the country cottage look, although having lived in cities for a number of years, I can also appreciate the urban garden. I think the best thing about gardening is the feeling you get at the end of the day from rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in. I look forward to working with you in your garden.
